The BJ005 will accommodate lights up to 1 1/8' in width. It is important to note that with the larger lights, the fit, and functionality of the mount is greatly increased with a 'Nitrolon' or plastic outer shell on the light. Large metal lights with knurl on the body of light tend to be difficult to remove.
