The Emerald Coast Poker Run staff wants to make everything run as smoothly as possible, so you can focus on having fun! Here are some options for wet slips, boat parking, launches, etc. Once a year we have some fast boats show up in and around Destin for the Emerald Coast Poker Run. These guys have some impressive cruising and top speeds; I. Destin & Fort Walton Beach are set to host one of the most popular summer boating events, the Emerald Coast Poker Run, which historically raises over $150k annually to benefit youth organizations. Boat Week Festivities kick off with a Tuesday Mardi Gras boat parade, followed by parties every evening through the weekend! Powerboats, fishing boats, pleasure boats, and all in between, will fill the waterways for one of the largest and most popular charity poker runs in the country starting August 7th. Affectionately called “The Big One,” the Emerald Coast Poker Run has been held along the beautiful waters in and around Destin for over 25 years.

Marine Technology Inc is at it again as we take the Emerald Coast Poker Run by storm, which began yesterday and runs through Sunday morning.
You’ll find Randy Scisim and Tom Stuart at various events and locations in Destin in the coming days. Our home base will Be Boshamps Seafood, and Oyster House on Destin Harbor. Keep an eye out for Bob Bulls Orange and Black closed canopy MTI 52′ catamaran!
Boshamps is the newest waterfront restaurant on the harbor. The location is 414 Harbor Blvd, just east of the Emerald Grande and AJs bar and Grill.

We will depart Destin on Sunday and head back to the MO factory to prepare for our next event, the Shootout on Lake of the Ozarks, where not only will the staff from MTI have a strong presence, but a large turnout of MTI owners is expected as well. You’ll find us at the Wednesday party in the park, on the poker run, the Friday events at Dog Days, Supercat Fest, and on the end dock at the Shootout at Captain Ron’s. Our location at Captain Ron’s has always been a great place to take a look at some great MTIs, and this year promises to be the best yet with more than 10 MTIs scheduled to be in the slips at Captain Ron’s.
